Website hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes technical connection data, including IP address, time, requested page and browser information, to deliver the website and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable and secure website operation. STRATO states that complete visitor IP addresses are retained for attack detection and prevention for up to seven days. Access logs available in the customer area contain IP addresses or hostnames anonymized by STRATO and are available for six weeks. Contact and project inquiries

The form currently only creates an email draft in your own email application. Your inquiry is transmitted through your email providers to us only when you send that email. The copy function places the text on your device's clipboard at your request. The form supplied by MPP does not save your entries in a website database. Information may include your name, company, business email address and the product or project details you provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential technical documents through this initial inquiry. We use Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online for business email, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Processing includes email addresses, message contents, attachments where provided, and technical communication data. Microsoft processes this data to provide and secure the email service under the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum (DPA).

Purposes and legal bases

We use incoming inquiries to respond, assess a project and prepare a potential business relationship. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where your inquiry concerns a contract with you personally. For inquiries by employees on behalf of a company, we generally rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is business communication and handling project inquiries. Retention required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients and retention

Inquiries are accessible to the people handling them and necessary technical service providers. Sharing with specialist partners is limited to the project's needs and an appropriate legal basis. We retain inquiries only as long as necessary to handle them, support a subsequent business relationship, meet legal retention duties or protect legal claims. Microsoft 365 data may also be processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Microsoft provides the safeguards described in its DPA for these transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Fonts, images and external links

Fonts and images are delivered as files from this website. Loading the font does not require a connection to Google Fonts. The page code supplied by MPP includes no advertising pixels, analytics services, embedded maps, videos or social-media widgets. This page code uses no cookies or persistent local storage. External links open only when you click them; the destination operators' privacy information applies there.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the suspected infringement.
